Designed around group-ride reality

Motorcycle groups naturally spread through traffic lights, junctions and overtakes. A rider should never race to close a gap. Meridian's shared map gives the group better information so it can regroup at a safe location instead.

Set the ride up before moving

• Create the convoy and choose the route or destination.
• Share the six-character code at the meeting point.
• Assign a leader and sweep where the group uses those roles.
• Connect audio, mount the device and confirm controls while parked.
• Agree that every rider follows road conditions and the Highway Code over the app.

Use voice and dashboard controls carefully

Meridian supports voice-oriented interaction and compatible dashboard experiences, but no interface removes a rider's responsibility to stay aware. If a task cannot be completed safely through a brief glance or voice instruction, wait until the motorcycle is stopped in a safe place.

Private live viewing

A group may choose to share a temporary viewer link with an organiser or someone at the destination. The link reveals live positions to anyone holding it, so it must not be posted publicly. Meridian removes shared positions within 24 hours of the last update or convoy ending.

Cars and motorcycles can travel together

Meridian's convoy model is based on people sharing a journey, not on one vehicle type. A support car, luggage vehicle or mixed group can join the same convoy where that is appropriate and legal.
